This is "Urban Geometry 2" – the second work in my father's series, where the abstract and architectural universe truly unfolds.

The motif builds on the tight geometric lines, but here the composition emerges with a deeper and more intense gravity. The cool gray and violet building body in the foreground stands in massive contrast to the dark, rust-red surface in the background. Although the shapes are minimalist and clean, the visible, insistent brushstrokes help to break the neatness and add a genuine, raw materiality to the motif.
